Statutory Consultation Period in Accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations

Neighbourhood Development Plans come out of the Government’s determination to ensure that local communities are closely involved in the decisions which affect them.  Our Plan has been produced by local residents, with the support of the Parish Council, using the views of the residents of Heacham. Every effort has been made to ensure that the views and policies contained in this document reflect those of the majority of Heacham residents.

The next stage is a six week period of consultation with residents, businesses and statutory consultees. This is a legal requirement and the consultation will run from

Wednesday 6th November until Tuesday 17th December 2019.

Two drop in sessions are being held in St Mary’s Church Hall, High Street, Heacham PE31 7ER on:

Thursday 21st November 3.00pm – 7.00pm

Saturday 30th November 10.00am – 2.00pm

You are welcome to attend to discuss the Plan with members of the Parish Council and the Neighbourhood Planning Group.
